Pros:Coverage, Price, No Roaming fees on network, long distance, customer service Cons:Voice Mail Messages are sometimes delayed The Bottom Line: Good service, fair rate plans and decent customer service.
After dealing with the MCI representatives for over 2 years I decided to call it quits. I had 2 accounts with them and they NEVER get the billing right. One month they charged me $600 and I was on hold for 4 hours trying to clear it up. NEVER AGAIN MCI. So I researched on e-opinions and found Verizon & Sprint were the ones with the most satisfied customers. I knew that Sprint had the best Long Distance so I chose them and am 100% happy that I did and relied on e-opinions to decide. I never wait more than 5 minutes with Sprint representatives and I like the way I can pay my bill on line and also check my minutes either online or on my cell phone. Try that with MCI. Beware.....some dealers sell you Verizon & AT&T with the billing through MCI. Don't let this happen to you!!!!
