Totally sucks. I ordered a pair of Frye boots and they sent me USED boots. The boots had scuffs, wear on the heels and at the top of the boot, the leather was broken in at the part where your foot bends when you walk.
Who sends used items in lieu of brand new items. LOUSY customer service
