I had a terrible and very disappointing experience with this furniturebuzz.com.
I purchased two chairs supposedly in stock. After 60 days of waiting and checking I ended up canceling the order. Every time I checked with customer service I was given the feedback that everything was on track and I was always promised that I was going to receive a follow up email confirming the conversation, shipment, tracking and finally cancellation, etc. After I cancelled my order and not receiving my credit, I reported the issue to my credit card bank which opened a dispute. Even when my credit card contacted furniturebuzz they never responded to them.
Furnitirebuzz is a buyer trap. They lure customers with their website and prices, but they don’t deliver. They have the worst customer service. They make the caller wait and wait, and eventually when they answer they give you the answer you are looking for, but they don’t do what they committed to doing.
As of today, almost 90 days since I made my purchase and three weeks after I cancelled my order, I still have not received my refund. I count on pursuing this bad business and will report them to my state attorney general and other consumer protection agencies.
