Lousy Customer Service. Bad shipping. Uesless order status web page! Don't do business with Abe's!

This outfit is the very worst. Their customer service department stinks. I ordered a compact flash card from them for a camera. It has now been over one week and I have yet to receive the item. It only has to ship from ME to PA. While viewing the on-line order status, it doesn't even showed the shipping carrier used. Subequently I called their Customer Service department only to wait on hold for over 20 minutes listening to static ridden music. Finally when the totally useless person answer, he only said that the item was shipping USPS mail and that it should arrive in a couple more days. The item is still not here. Most stores ship UPS or FedEx not matter the physical size of the item so that there is a tracking number, but not Abe's. I would never recommend to anyone nor will I ever order any item from them again. They are by far the worst store for camera equipment. I strongly recommend that you think twice or more before purchasing anything from them. If you are after camera equipment, I recommend you buy from B&H Photo in NY. They offer one day shipping for an extremely reasonable cost if you need the item quickly.
