Terrible product and customer service. I ordered a kitchen island through them, I found the company on amazon.com. I received my island and while we were putting it together, we realized the screws were too short to hold the wood. We had to hire someone to put it together which was an extra $100. He had to buy new screws that would fit and told me I should return it because it was really junky. He said if I returned it and bought the Crate and Barrel one that was similar he would put it together for free and it would end up the same price. I emailed amazon and everything furniture and amazon got right back to me and credited me $25. Everything furniture didn't email me back! I had to email 3 times, and finally 3 MONTHS later I got an email back saying they could send new screws! Ummmm....... hello, we already paid someone to buy new screws and put it together. They said sorry we can't refund any money and it's now too late to return it. Don't buy from this company! They have the WORST customer service and products!! Go through Amazon or somewhere with good reviews!
