I was concerned after reading all the complains about poor customer service, but I took a chance and was very pleasantly surprised. I ordered an expensive washer & dryer which retail well over $2,000. I had shopped at Sears Outlet store and selected a slightly damaged, used washer & dryer from them. Before I completed that purchase I shopped AL Madison. I saved almost 50% off the price I would have paid at Sears, and I received a brand new product. I never had a need to contact their customer service dept., so I can't speak to how their customer service is.
My order arrived on-time, with no problems of any kind. I was able to track the delivery as it was in transit and the delivery people were very helpful.
I wish I needed more appliances so that I could order more from AJ Madison. Every time I look at our new washer and dryer I smile at how good a shopper I am. I had never heard of AJ Madison before I made this purchase, but now it's on the top of my list of prefered retailers. I am extremely happy with AJ Madison and would recommend then to a friend.
