Completely inept and lies about delivery

I ordered a bed from FurnitureBuzz on July 1st. Two weeks after my order, I didn't get an shipping confirmation so I called to inquire on the timing. The representative said a shipping confirm will be send out soon. The next day I received a shipping confirmation and tracking number through Home Direct, a delivery service that FurnitureBuzz uses. I kept tracking my order for the next week and didn't see any movement. When I called Home Direct to inquire on my delivery they couldn't match my name to my tracking order and had no record of my shipment. I contacted FurnitureBuzz again and was told very matter of factly that I was given the wrong tracking order and that my purchase has not yet shipped from the manufacturer. I asked when the expected shipment date is and was told next week (3rd week after my initial order). I patiently waited another week and received no shipping notice. I called them again and was told to wait another week. At this time I asked to cancel my order since it was clear that I've been given the runaround. The representative was completely unapologetic and when I asked if he recognize that there's something wrong with their service his only response was "all we did was send you someone elses tracking order." They are a completely untrustworthy company and I would stay away from giving them business.
