Terrible customer service. I received an email stating that my purchase (a $36.79 item) shipped, and also my UPS tracking number confirmed that it was delivered (left at door) and yet I never received it. As a side note, My wife works from home and we live in an area where a package could sit at my door for a month and would go untouched, so we knew the package was never actually delivered to our door.
So I called Sears who then told me I needed to contact their 3rd party seller. The 3rd party seller finally did confirm that the UPS tracking number was a mistake, and that indeed my item was never shipped because they no longer carry the product.
Sears will still not return my money even with the 3rd party seller confirming they never shipped the item because Sears says they have a tracking number saying otherwise. What a bunch of idiots at Sears!
My issue still isn't resolved and the 3rd party seller is actually being more helpful at trying to get me my money back then Sears is. The 3rd party seller has now placed my issue with a specialty team to persuade Sears into refunding my mioney. I should receieve a reply from them within the next 10 day but the damage is already done
Hope isn't completely lost yet, but I'll never patronize Sears again. They have lost all my future business over a $36.79 issue.
