Terrible - avoid at all costs

Absolutely pathetic business practices. We signed up and were asked to provide identification. They asked for a copy of my passport which was duly provided.
They then proceeded to cancel the account because the "paypal email domain" did not resolve any active website (last time I checked that was perfectly legal).
I also sensed a hint of racism from the woman I exchanged emails with ("Angela M").
I would not do business with these people if even if I was paid to.
