This year I purchased a Valentine's Day bouquet through 1-800 Flowers' website. It arrived squarely on time, but with three flowers wilted and several others near death. Twelve hours later, all were in a sorry state and three were completely dead.
I, myself, will never use this service to send flowers again. They may be fine in the gifts department, but my flower buying experience has left a bad, bad taste in my mouth.
