i ordered a bed for my newborn child from babyage.com, when it arrived i relized one of the sides was scratched on the bottom, i called their customer service team and funny enough they offered me 2 options;
1. we will pick it up and send you a new one - at their expense
2. give me a credit on my account of $25!

i decided to go with the credit (hey, im not the spouse of bill gates) and sure enough a day later i checked my credit card and they issued me a credit.

Outstanding service - thanks again riki :)
