Over the last few years my wife an I have been going back and forth about whether or not we should pursue a refinance of our home. Our experiences in the past with mortgage companies have been less than pleasant, so we kept putting it off and we really didn't have the time to deal with it. With all of the recent news of mortgage rates falling and reaching record lows, we figured it was time to make a move and that it would be a good financial decision for us to move forward. I lover researching companies and doing everything online, so I began my search for "The best mortgage company". I am a fan of google, and through my searching around, I discovered that google has a platform where you can compare rates/fees of various mortgage companies. This made things rather easy and I was able to narrow my search. I quickly became aware of the company I eneded up going through which was Americash Mortgage. Once I began the process with them, I knew right away what kind of company I was dealing with. The representative who I dealt with was very knowledgable and made me feel very comfortable. I don't know that much about finance, and that always makes me feel like I am being taken advantage of in some way, however I felt completely opposite working with Americash. Everything was explained to me in detail and I never had to worry about being pressured to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. I got a good solid rate that I plan on keeping for the duration of the loan... Hopefully when I pay my house off! The whole experience was great and I really don't have any complaints. If you are in the market for a mortgage I would certainly recommend giving these guys and gals a try. I don't see how you could go wrong.
