im sure most everone has dealt with warranty , i was use to be given the run around,but im here to tell you square trade is for real,i had a claim on a vcr that i had forgotton about ,was checking my computer one day and saw the warranty ,i called expecting to be denied because the warranty was running out the next day and i knew i couldnt get it to them in one day ,warranty was honored and i received full price for item. bought some headrest monitors lasted about a year . filed claim received e-mail stating check was in the mail. if anyone ever has a chance to use square trader i would highly recomend them ,i know i will . believe me they are for real ,and it is the best warranty money can buy .i cannot began to tell you how easy it is to make a claim, five to ten minutes on the computer and its done.excellent ,excellent, excellent.thanks square trade. customer service was better than excellent very friendly and experenced staff.claim was handled in a very professionel way.
