Tried to order item #A180-156301 ISS online listed for $299.00 with instant savings (no mail in rebates)
When added to cart it shows different item and price with mail in rebate. Used the online chat feature and spoke with a rep. informed me its an error but to call in and they will honor it. Explained I did not want to waste time, he said no call in.
Talked to a phone rep. which stated the same error talked to manager and will honor $299 final price but cannot do the 2 year warranty. I agreed gave all my information to place order. Then he's says wait a minute puts me on hold. He comes back and states sorry $349 with $50 rebate?
I ask for manager explained this is not a way to run a business. I get Steven (x2957) he's almost mocking me, yes sir $299 with mail in rebate.
I explained the entire situation yes sir $299 mail in rebate. I was like sir, your site says $299 nothing about rebate your 2 employees said it would be honored $299 final price. Yes sir, $299 with mail in rebate. We already deleted it online refresh your browser! I mean really if ever talked to my customer that way, WOW!
I am taking my business to a company that cares, and I hope you do something like teach your managers how to handle customers properly.
