I guess I should have researched this company before placing an order. In july I ordered a buffet cabinet (Visions By Lane Kitchen Essentials White Buffet) and within a couple days I was informed that my item was on back order until August 15th. On August 8th I called customer service to check the status of my order and was informed that after it was received in furniture buzz warehouse on the 15th of august it would take an additional 30 to 45 day for me to receive it. At that point I requested to cancel my order and asked aboutthe process of my refund to my bank card. I was told that my credit card would be refunded but I would receive an email confirming the cancelation and refund. This email was never received. Yesterday August 14th I checked the web page to see if the tracking number would confirm cancellation only to find out the company (Furniture Buzz) had gone out of business. My bank tells me that it is very likely that I will never see my refund. If anyone can provide and information that would be helpfull please let me know. I doubt it would do any good to call the BBB since the company has went out of business. I am just beside myself over being out $144.00 as I am on Social Security.
