They Screwed Up My Valentine Order!!!

I placed an order with proflowers.com on January 10th, 2002 for flowers that were to be delivered to my girlfriend on February 14th, 2002. I thought that would be plenty of time since they deliver using overnight. But February 13th came and I checked the status of the order and guess what? They had not sent it out yet and it was around 6pm (Pacific Time). I called their customer service number and was told by the rep that the flowers had indeed been sent out and that FedEx probably did not update the status for the flowers. I took the reps word for it, and on February 14th at around 10:30 AM I looked up the order again, and FedEx showed that Proflowers did not send out the flowers until 11:24pm on Feb 13th!! I called FedEx and they told me that there was no way for the flowers to be delivered today (Feb 14th). Well I finally tried calling Proflowers again on Feb 14th, but was on hold for about 20 minutes and no one ever picked up. Tried again later, and the phone was busy for about 5 minutes. I am on hold trying to get someone on the phone as I type this. Already been 13 minutes and no one has picked up! If they ever pick up, I will cancel my order and will have to see if my boss will let me leave early enough to find what's left at a local flower shop that probably has marked up all their flowers because of Valentine's day. Thanks PROFLOWERS.com!
My only advise is for you to double check the tracking info to make sure they sent out your order. Don't let them screw up your Valentine's Day like they did ours!
