Very poor communication! Would not buy any book from them!

I ordered a text book for my son in July from the Marketplace. On August 17, we still have not received the book. After several emails to request for the status of my order, I finally was told that they refunded my purchase on the next day of my purchase because the text book was unavailable. They only sent me an email to confirm my purchase, but they never sent me another email to inform me they have no text book to sent me. Who checks their credit card activities every day? Horrible communicator!!
