Worst experience. Won't order from they ever.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a RO water filter sytem from they. Full amount over $400 was charged next day. Two weeks later, I have not receive any info in terms of the status of my order. I called them manay times and was never able to speak to a live person. Left message a fewer times and only one time get a response (I wasn't able to take the call when they called me). They left message said the order was due to ship the same day they called me. It's been four days now and I still don't have a tracking number. I called again and informed them that I will cancel order with my credit card company.
Should've read this post before I placed order. Do not do business with them. It is not worth saving a fewer dollars.
