Never for MP3's

I have always made Amazon my first choice when I shop online or anytime I want to review a big or confusing purchase. You can find anything on their site plus tons of reviews plus most items you can get with free shipping. I do not shop through the sellers on Amazon, I only buy straight from Amazon. Untill today I have bragged on their customer service and quality, heck if you don't want a product for any reason you can ship it back to them and they pay for shipping! However today I became very disappointed with them. I had to change to a new pc and I transfered all my mp3's to my new pc, everything seemed fine, I had even listened to the music on my new pc, however when I synced my ipod, I found that most of my music had disappeared from my pc and now my ipod (not the itunes, or walmart.com downloads only the amazon mp3's). I was told I could only redownload the music from 2011, even though most my downloads were from 2008-2009 and some in 2010. It really ticks me off that I spent money on those songs and now I can't listen to them. Everyone knows a computer won't last forever and with that in mind a company should make any music, software ect... you download to one computer, transferable to your next one. I feel completely ripped off and will always reccomend dowloading mp3's from itunes now.
