The Books Pros...The worst online order that I have ever had. I ordered the textbook on July 29th, the charges went through the next day, now it is Aug. 24th and still no book. I have had to buy the college text book from the book store, so I'm out the money paid to thebookpros as well as the new book. I have had great luck with textbooks.com. I have tried to contact seller through Half.com, no reply so I have filed a claim. Hope I will get my money back, and no I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THE BOOK PROS!!!!
