I've been a member of Rhapsody for over a year and managed to get what I needed;but there is always something that isn't working,loading up and finally reached my limit when I found out that they had been billing my account twice for one account.Needed to know more about this over charging ritual that they had going,so I contacted the customer service to ask about this.I get this pre-rehearsed jargon of "it is only a hold on your account...",but when I told this individual that it's been going on for months and there is no "hold" that they money has already been taken out,the line goes quiet.No guesses what I needed to do after that;canceled my account and will tell anyone and everyone who is willing to listen to think twice about getting this service. The software crashing and having to re-install the program over and over again I could manage,but stealing my money,blaming it on my bank and not having the decency to put your hands up and admit to the "error" is another. In the end,I was informed that they would refund this months and also make sure that I would get back the money that had been "on-hold" as a good will gesture...how "gracious" of them,when there is another 4 months worth overcharging to be refunded....! I also struggled to understand the customer services representative and his supervisor,the accent was just so thick. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!
