Worst online shopping experience ever, and I do most of my shopping online!!!!

Ease of Ordering:
Worst experience ever. Ordered $500 elliptical. Recieved call about additional shipping charges, I indicated that if it would be more then just to cancel. They said they will do it for the original amount. Credit card got charged. After a few more days received notice that they did not have the item and that it would be 2 1/2 months until the manufacturer would have new stock but they would give me a gift card to resturants.com for my trouble. I just asked to cancel my order at that point which they said was ok. Was told that they would issue a credit to my credit card but instead they recharged my card for an additional $500. Now in process of disputing charges with my cc company and making good old Abe's aware of their not so pleasent error. Will change my cc number and never deal with them again, not worth the hussle of trying to upcharge you, not worth the games of claiming having items in stock when they dont, and definatley not worth the hassle of trying to get multiple fraudulant charges from them reversed. Save yourself some time and peace of mind, move along to another retailer.
