Pros: I don't know of any
Cons: Very aggressive, expensive; and will help themselves to your funds
The Bottom Line: Stay away from this company - use your own bank to process your credit cards and save money and aggravation

I process credit cards in my office, and became a NOVA customer when they bought out another company. Not only did their fees rise and solicitations for additional services drove us mad, but they actually took $195 out of my bank account 2 months after I closed my account even though my termination agreement specifically states that there are no termination fees. I have tried many times to contact them and demand my money back. They don't return calls, and their sales reps are well-trained to get off the topic. Since they are in a different state than I am, I have contacted every agency I can think of for help. Someday I will get my money back, but for now, I am here to warn you to stay away from NOVA. Your own bank should give you the same service for much less money and aggravation.
Another thing they do is constantly badger you to take Discover, and other credit cards that you may not want to take. We tell them no thanks, and then get a package in the mail telling us that we're programmed to take other Credit Cards.
