Ordered toner. When it didn't show, I checked the website. My order didn't appear anywhere. Clicked on the live chat option, waited aprox 25 minutes. Nobody ever came on. Called the next day, I was told my order was shipped, and would arrive the next day. Next day comes, no toner. Called, the rep said that it would be here tomorrow. Still waiting.
