The home loan process was quick and efficient.  Each of the individuals I dealt with was capable, courteous and nice to interact with.
The process was automated to the maximum extent permitted by law, including maximum use of electronic signatures.  When electronic signatures could not be used, faxes were used.  It was all very time efficient.
The interest rate was as good as anything on the market, perhaps a little better.  The actual type of loan I settled on was not what I mentioned at first, and the account manager I dealt with took the time to work through all my options  with me so I could make a better decisgtion.
The company did a lot of the work behind the scenes so I was not troubled with unnecessary details.  Activities that could have increased the closing costs were handled in a way that kept those closing costs competitive with local lenders.
The actual closing was very convenient. A fully qualified individual met my wife and I at a restaurant.  All of the paperwork was correctly filled out and we were able to close the loan by signing just a few forms.

Their website was easy to deal with and intuitive.  The documents were pdf which made them completely compatible with my type of computer.
