Quicken Loans blew me away with yop-notch customer service. They had outstanding phone service that followed up ruickly and thoroughly. I received e-mails that communicated loan application progress and linked me into the easy-to-use online document gathering site. Whenever an issue arose, such as the requirement for several government demanded documents, the loan team worked to help me understand the need, ways to get the information, and provided rapid response when acceptable documents were received.
These points alone were more than enough to win my loyalty, but Quicken went even further. I was quite pleased to accept thier loan rate that lowered my payments while providing me the equity cash I needed, but they went further. I received a call shortly after my first call that collected information, like rates and projected monthly payments, that offerred an even lower rate through a government program.
I received a $5 gift card for writing this review, regardless of whether I had a positive or negative experience.
Quicken Loans sets a complete new standard for customer service, competitive rates, and ease of use that has earned my business for life!
