We used Quicken Loans because it was quick, courteous, efficient, and very professional.  From the very first day,they handled our mortgage in a mythodical, step by step manner. We had good results  right up to the day we had our closing. That too went smoothly and all the paper work was sent to us to review before the actual day of the closing. No matter how many times we called, they were patient and prompt to return all messages and phone calls.  It is also organized because there is an individual assigned to you for each step of the way.
On the Negative side, it was frustrating to have to explain several times where the money was coming from and where it went.  Therefore, be ready to show a money trail from each account.  If a website does not appear on the printed statement or if your name is missing, they will as for it again.  If copies that are faxed are not dark enough or clear, then once again, you will have to resend it.
I imagine with all their requirements, Quicken Loans wants to make sure that the money has come from your accounts and not given to you as a gift.  For example, I had to show money coming from the stock market, to the bank.  Then if transfered between accounts, that had to be shown too.  All deposits and withdrawals have to be explained.  I recommend that one account handles all your mortage money.  
All in all, we do recommend Quicken Loans to sercive your mortgage.
