I re-financed my home through Quick and Loans.  This was the smoothest and time efficient financial transaction I have ever completed.  I was filling out paper work, that was e-mailed to me, on a Saturday morning and I had some questions.  I e-mailed my loan officer and he called me within 30 minutes.  On a Saturday morning!  The entire process took approximately 9 days from start to finish.  The electronic system where I could complete everything and submit necessary documents on line was very convenient.  I should note that I re-financed one of my rental homes this year as well- with another company,  and it took over 3 months with many issues and no follow-up.   I would not hesitate to recommend Quick and Loans to anyone and would definitely work with them again.  I was told on the very first phone call that I qualified, what the interest rate would be, when we could close and the terms of the loan.   The loan officer said I should have called him years ago- wow he was right! Truely customer service at it's best.
