Terrible customer service.Terrible delivery speed.I will not use them again.
I ordered a pair of boots almost two weeks ago. I paid extra shipping to have them delivered in 3-7 business days. Their site clearly states that they will send an email notifying you when your order has shipped, and that your card will not be charged until then.My card was charged 3 business days after i placed my order, but still no notification. So I "opened a ticket" with their online customer service asking what was taking so long. No response, and still no shipment notification.A week later I opened another ticket and told them I was very unhappy and asked that they please respond to me or else give me my money back.The next day they sent me an email saying "this order has been shipped" and gave me a tracking number. No explanation. No apology. No reimbersment for the expedited shipping they didn't do.I checked with UPS and they shipped the order the day after I complained the second time. So if I hadn't complained again I guess my order would still be on a shelf in their warehouse. And I guess my first complaint didn't count.Very disappointing. I will not be ordering anything from Working Persons Store again.
