don't stock up! Their ink supposedly is good for 3 years- a partially used catridge started to act up- opened up a new cartridge we had on shelf for 1 year- went bad! Caused us all kinds of grief. Called Customer service/Tech suport and they actually had us in their files and stated purchase was out of warranty by 1 month- place an order again and they would credit- What! Just told them the unit was defective and caused problems- quality in BIG QUESTION HERE!
