Misleading by Deceptive Advertising (FAKE REVIEWS)

Overstock is misleading buyers by posting fake reviews or at least not allowing any negative ones. Research shows that online buyers rely heavily on reviews and tend to avoid products that receive negative feedback. Reviews being one of key decision factors (logically, no one in their right mind would buy a product rated 1-2 out of 5 at any reasonable price point), Overstock's deliberate manipulation of reviews to disallow negative feedback is equal to DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING.
I was mislead into buying a $120 defective dress watch by Overstock. Watch was by Akribos XXIV. Unfortunately, when the watch arrived, I did not notice anything wrong with it. I started it per instruction and it seemed fine. Since it's a dress watch I do not wear it all the time. If I did, I'd be able to find out that the watch would stop ticking after an hour or so. I left the watch at home after starting it and went on a 30-day vacation. Came back and went out wearing the watch. When it was late in the evening and my watch was still showing 6pm I knew something was wrong and soon discovered it just stopped. I realized it was too late to return to Overstock so I decided to try the warranty, which also turned out to be a lie (never got a response). I had been deceived and the last thing I thought I could do is warn others about Akribos XXIV (at the time I didn't blame Overstock because it was I who missed the return period). That's when I found out about Overstock's deception. They would not post my negative review. To post one, they require an order number, so you cannot post anything if you have not bought it from them. My review never showed on Overstock, and when I tried to repost it, thinking it had been an error, Overstock said "you have already posted a review for this product". Essentially, I was blacklisted. After a bit of digging around, I found out I'm not the only one.
DO NOT BUY FROM OVERSTOCK !
