HOTWIRE is by far THE WORST booking company out there. I paid $450 to stay at a TRAVELODGE!!!!! My first night there I went back to my room at midnight to find that my key did not work. I went to the front desk to find two prepubescent idiots fooling around behind the desk who issued "Bradley" a key. Sure there was a miscommunication I shook it off and went upstairs. What did I find? A drunk naked man in my bed- completely nonresponsive. Back down to the front desk I went. The two horrified tards called their father- the manager- who stumbled out only to accuse me it was my fault. The police were called. The drunk man was immobile. The police had to tell the manager to give us a new room. IDIOT! We would have left right there and then if it wasnt the middle of the night. The next morning we went to check-out early and get a refund for our jolly run around jaunt. LAME! We were promised a refund- that the manager would call HOTWIRE and that we had to too. It has now been three days and I have gotten NO WHERE WITH HOTWIRE! The "supervisors" DO NOT DO THEIR JOB!!!!!!!!! I have recieved NO "CALL BACK" as promised three times now. SERIOUSLY? How does this company survive? I hope the lawsuits going against this company succeed.
DO NOT USE THIS BOOKING COMPANY!!!!!! They are COMPLETE CROOKS! There is NO EXCUSE! Who has $450 to throw away these days? Principal is enough to stand on- regardless of the cash. DAVID @ TRAVELODGE in HEALDSBURG, CA is the worst CROOK of all- teaching his kids that that is the way to do business.
DO NOT GO TO TRAVELODGE in HEALDSBURG, CA and NEVER USE HOTWIRE!!!!!!
