I bought an Electrolux Rapido Hand Vacuum on Aug 24 and received it two days later just to find out that it is an open box item. I know this is an open box item because the top cover of the box was torn and it has lot of plastic tape on top to fix the box. The worst part of it is that when I opened the box I found out that the adaptor was missing from the box so I figured it must be the return item from the previous customer who forgot to put the adaptor back into the box before returned it to the company. What upset me most in this purchase is that this company would not check whether all parts are completed before they shipped this open box vacuum to me. If I knew this company would shipped out open box item as is brand new item to its customer, I would never have bought this vacuum form this unscrupulous company. I don't understand how could a company like Abt.com without any morality survive till today? Stay away from Abt.com unless you want to be the next victim. Consider you have been warned about this company!
