Great price, but shoes have not been shipped after 10 days!

I found 6pm.com by looking for running shoes in a specific size that I wear. After checking all of my usual athletic apparel sites, I stumbled upon 6PM, and I found the shoes I wanted, in the right size and for the best price. In addition, I found a coupon for free shipping for orders over $100. Since I needed some trail shoes too, I bought another pair for a total of $111. The order was placed from my computer on the 16th of September. On the 18th of September, I received the first notification from 6PM that my order was received and it would be shipped shortly.
As of today, the 25th, I have not received any additional information and the site shows my order as being received on their end, but not shipped.
This prompted me to email them and inquire about the status. I received an automated reply explaining that they changed their systems recently and that I should receive a response to my inquiry within 10 business days!
If my shoes are not on my feet by Tuesday, I will ask for my money back. The price was good, but the customer service and shipping are less than sub par.
I will not ship here again.
