I used Vacations to Go for the first time in July, booking for a sailing in September. I spoke to a salesman and was treated with the utmost respect and helpfulness. He arranged my transfers and I gladly parted with my credit card details. And there it ended. I e-mailed him twice with questions about luggage tags, and changing my dining time. No reply!! My documents arrived and everything seemed in order only to discover at the airport that I didn't have documents for the transfer to the ship. I solved that one myself, and talked my way onto the bus. My name didn't appear on any transfer lists, but eventually it showed up on one. I sat in the coach gripped by fear that I would be hauled off. That was the only hiccup I had with Vacations to Go. I came home last week and there was an e-mail from them, welcoming me home and inviting me to partake in a survey about the services of the company. I heard no more from them. I would be wary of using them again and thank my lucky starts that my cruise went OK. The feeling that I was left with was, We've got your money, not sod off.
