Overall, my experience with Quicken was the BEST loan experience I have ever had!  Very quick and efficient, with a minimum of paperwork required. I received an offer in the mail for a streamlined refinance that claimed they could beat any other offer I had received.  I of course didn't believe it, so I went ahead and contacted my current mortgage company to check on a refi.  Guess what?  Quicken DID beat it!  Not only did they beat the offer, the people that I spoke with were some of the best customer service agents I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.  They were all very efficient, and returned every call  or email very quickly.  I used the website to esign all the documents, which was also very quick and easy.  Even my husband was able to navigate through, and he is comletely computer illiterate!  We were schedlued to close within THREE WEEKS of application!  When it was time to close, we were again accomidated by having the closing in a place of our choosing, in our case our very own home.  The documents arrived via fedex the day before our closing.  The whole procedure was very smooth and easy.  Thanks Quicken!
