What I really liked about worked about getting my mortgage through Quicken Loans is as follows: closed in approximately 30 days, easy upload of documents through web interface, closing provider came to my location, friendly and responsive loan officer.  I got my 5 year arm and Quicken Loans worked with me to make all the numbers fall in place.

Quicken Loans had a team of people working on my documents and for the most part, all I had to do was submit papers.  They have an electronic signing process that helps to speed things up and local providers for appraisels and closing already lined up.  Quicken Loans did most of the paperwork and all I really had to do was review and sign the documents.

The closing team was extremely flexible even when at the last minute we found errors that needed to be corrected and require power of attorney type authorizations.

Throughout the entire process, the online site provided me with feedback on what I needed to sign, where we were in the process, and what was coming next.  Additionally, when I had questions, I was able to contact my loan officer and others and received quick responses to every question I had.

I've refinanced several times in the past 10 years and moved multiple times and under the conditions, this was one of the best mortgage loan experiences I've had.  Now that the loan has gone through, it's just as easy and efficient.  Online payments and reviewing the mortgage are easy.
