Absolutely Outstanding Service!!! Top Notch, 5 star!! My hewlett packard printer "died" on Thursday, September, 23, 2011 and Square Trade completed filing, review process, afadavit, and reimbursement all within 5 days of my claim. They had excellent communication through email throughout every step of the process. My new hewlett packard printer is scheduled to arrive today (September 30, 2011) from a third party and you can bet that I will continue to obtain all my warranties through Square Trade, Inc. I currently have 4 other items at this time with Square Trade and am so pleased and relieved that I do. Highly Recommend to all. Absolutely painless process and speedy!! Thank you so much. Koleno622
