I was so impressed by Quicken Loans!  I was able to fax all needed materials and the entire refinancing transaction took place over the phone!  The people that dealt with my refinacing were knowledgeable, frindly, helpful, and succinct with the delivery of information.  I refinanced my home for 15 years at a rate of 3.875!  This was an incredible rate and will end up saving me four hundred dollars a month!  This has taken such a strain off our budget and will allow us to get completely out of debt within the next two years - we will only have our house payment as a debt when we arrive at May of 2013! This will then allow us to be able to help with paying the college tuition of our three children who are twenty-two, eightenn, and sixteen years of age! To finalize the transaction Quicken Loans sent a notary to our home and my wife and I were able to sign all the neccesary documents in the convenience of our own home!  We will start making payments on October 1st so it did give us about a 2 month break from a mortgage payment which helped out our budget as well.  I would totally recommend Quicken Loans to everybody!  Thank you so much for your great customer service!  I received a $5 gift card for writing this review, regardless of whether I had a positive or negative experience.
