We received a 15 year 4.75% loan from Quicken Loans to refinance a 6% loan we had for our rental property for a number of years.  Our contact person was not only charming, but knowledgable, helpful and very responsive to all our questions and problems. We were notified by both phone calls and email of the progress of the loan process.  We even were emailed our closing papers so we could review them before actually signing, which vastly speeds up the closing process for me because I do read "every word".

The notary who closed the loan came all the way out to our campsite 20 miles away from civilization (we are full time RVers), and was also excellent to work with.  The whole loan took less than a month from start to finish.  We didn't have everything we needed on board our RV (it was in storage 4 states away), but our contact person found alternative ways to get the information he needed to complete the loan.  I would recommend Quicken Loans to anyone looking to refinance or even prequalify for a home loan or to finance investment property.
