The Bottom Line: I recommend ServiceCEO since it has greatly improved my efficiency
ServiceCEO is very robust and with every program, there is a learning curve. The online tutorials are good but Tech Support is very patient and helpful. Once we became accustomed to using the program we found that while it has many features not all the features are necessarily needed in our industry. There are some features that can be turned on or off or you can ignore the features that are not needed. What is good is that features which we do require need to be custom programmed and Insight Direct provides this service for a modest fee. Overall then after using Service CEO for almost three years it has greatly improved our efficiency. It is not a plug and play solution and the initial setup and training takes time; it was not a comprehensive solution out of the box for us (maybe it is for another industry we are a plumbing company in Manhattan). That all said, we have experience using two other top tier similar solutions and Service CEO stands head and shoulders above them in terms of results. Ultimately there is some work and pain involved but only Service CEO can go the distance and finally get to the destination desired.
