I have had about two dozen orders from them in the last year or so. Every one of them arrived fairy quickly, in fact my last two orders were shipped 40 minutes (yes, forty minutes) after I had placed them! That must be a world record! Packaging has been excellent and additionally they always send free samples. Customer service usually responds to emails within several hours, but there is live chat if you wish to contact them immediately.
For most products prices are pretty decent, and if you take into account the free UPS shipping for US orders (over $40) they really have no competition. For international orders iherb has only 4-6 dollars shipping cost and because of this they have achieved an almost cult-like status in Europe.
The only drawback I have noticed is that some popular items (for instance Dragon Herbs) are sometimes out of stock - but that probably happens due to their high turnover.

Overall, these guys are trying really hard to win their customers, of which I congratulate them!
