Horrible and I am so angry

I booked with hotwire to go to las vegas and there was a promotion on for a free buffet meal with the hotel we were staying at.. We booked this hotel specifically for the meal as we cant afford to eat out for an entire week.. When i called hotwire to book this vacation i double checked with the agent to make SURE this was what we were getting she assured me we were and even went so far as to tell me she had called the hotel herself and we were good to go.. I got my intinerary and its no where on it, i called the hotel they said it was a hotwire error and that they would honour it if hotwire added it to their itinierary.. I have spoken to numerous people after being on hold for over an hour including a supervisor and all have said there is nothing they can do and we have to pay to cancel the trip.. They also went so far as to basically call me a liar when i asked them for the agents name who had booked us. They told me they do not give out names and I said thats fine but then i want to lodge a complaint about her. I couldnt even do that. I was informed all hotwire agents use a protocol and procedure when booking reservations.. I can understand mistakes being made but having to now eat out for two people all week is adding a huge expense to my trip. I would have booked a cheaper hotel. I am getting nothing from hotwire for thier error other then that I am a liar.. You will not be getting my business in future and i will be telling everyone i know , and writing on every review site i can find that you may have some good deals but you do not care about your customers and so if an issue is found you tell people to basically suck it up
