I found Softwaremedia by accident when I was looking for a particular software company and thought I would take a look. To my surprise and scrutiny, their prices were much lower than most of the online software companies I typically deal with. So my quest began....
I had a question about my possible purchase, so I emailed them and their response time was fast, fast, fast!!! I shop online alot and I worry about using a company I have never heard of, but I checked them out and took a chance, and was pleasantly surprised with Softwaremedia.com. They had good reviews and great prices and I had experienced their customer service first hand, and so I decided to place my order with Softwaremedia.com.
After placing my order with Softwaremedia.com, I wondered about the ship time. Again I was pleasantly surprised as the ship time was faster than any other company I have ever used.
Everyone is looking for a good buy and great customer service, and it seems these days, it's impossible to find the both, but with Softwaremedia.com, you get both and then some.
They are a wonderful company to deal with and I will use them again and again. My gift to them will be my referrals, as I have already started telling my friends about them.
