I ordered two filters. The day of the order my credit card was charged and I received two e-mails confirming my order. Three weeks later, after I had not received any filters, I called customer service. After a lengthy hold time I was told that there was some type of problem with my order, but the customer service person wasn't sure what the problem was. The person took down my cell phone # and told me they would call me when they figured out what went wrong. Well, I waited... and did not receive a phone call, so the next day I called back. After another lengthy hold period, I was told that the filters were backordered. The customer service person said I should have been notified about the backorder via e-mail... which I was NOT. I was then told that the filters would ship out in about two weeks. Over six weeks to get my filters... Wow. Filters-what? Filters Fast? Uhm, no. Just filters... if that. They sure charged my credit card fast, but they didn't do anything else fast. I wonder what would have happened if I never called to check up on my order. The selection is POOR is you order something and it isn't actually in stock.
