Target.com needs to get it together! I want everyone to know how shady their online shopping is! I ordered a green striped t-shirt online for my son on Sept 29. Charged my card and everything. Waited two weeks for it and it never came through. Called customer service first time and I was told it would get there in two weeks. Two weeks pass by still nothing. Second time calling them wondering about my package, they said it is not in their system. WTF. I have emails stating that my order was placed. He said he would look at another computer and he found it telling me my order was misplaced. He told me it would be shipped out soon. STILL NO SHIRT. October 26,2011 I check the status of my order and it said it was CANCELLED. I did not cancel my order. I called customer service the third time!!!!!!!!!! THIRD TIME! I waited almost an hour to talk to a manger! She did not know why my order was cancelled and wanted to waive the shipping fee. I told her NO and to cancel my order! I waited one month for a piece of my son's costume. A HARD TO FIND T-SHIRT FOR NOTHING! This is why I do not shop at Target. They waste your time!
