Worse online shopping experience ever!

Worse online purchase experience I have come across.
They do not give good customer care. They do not accept responsibility for their mistakes. There are many ways they make mistakes.
I had three tries at Buy.Com and all three were very negative expereiences. I simply will not go back to this site no matter how good the price they offer.
My first try at buying they offered a promo where you got a discout if you would use their third party payer Google Checkout.
Guess what? Google Checkout did not apply the discount offered in the promo. When I contacted Google Checkout Customer Service they stated the promo was not their responsibility as it was offered from BUY.COM. They directed me to contact Buy.Com Customer Service.
Buy.Com Customer Service refused to assist on the issue. They stated since I used Google Checkout it was their responsibility to apply the promo discount.
Nothing like getting bounced in between vendors to give you that satisfying customer satisfaction experience we are all looking for!
Second try was an order for a SD memory card. It is a very light item and they wanted a 5 dollar shipping charge. Fair enough.
I wanted to purchase ten of those tiny little cards. They do not weigh more than .1 ounce each.
Yet Buy.Com insisted on charging me 50 dollars shipping since I wanted 10. It cannot cost that much more to ship Ten than it does one. The things are as light as a feather!
I sent a request via email to the Buy.Com customer service for reduced shipping charge on the ten pack. They stated they have a very accurate shipping charge and you pay ten times as much to buy a ten pack.
Cancelled that order because they tried to rip me a huge hole in my cash pile for the shipping.
My most recent experience was a purchase of an eBook Reader. The package arrived intact yet when I opened the box the device was broken. The product was loose in the box with no bubble wrap, air bags or packing peanuts. There was only a small wad of brown packing paper.
They obviously do not know how to ship a delicate electronic device! It is an electronic book reader NOT A BOOK. You cannot ship it with the same packaging you would use for a book. Not if you expect it to arrive intact.
Anyone who has ever shipped their own package via fed ex knows that they warn you about PROPER SHIPPING materials.
Tried to get an RMA authorization and Buy.Com stated it was not their responsibilty. I had used a vendor from Buy.Com MARKETPLACE which is apparently different from Buy.Com. Even thoguth it SAYS Buy.com it is not Buy.Com. You have to go to the thrid party seller to get your RMA.
The Third party seller in turn attempted to refuse to take resoponsibility for not shipping the item correctly. They wanted me to file a damage claim with Fed Ex. It was not Fed Ex fault they did not use the proper shipping materials!
The third party marketplace vendor DATAVIS stated it was not their fault because yet ANOTHER third party was the shipper. They finally offered an RMA but you do not receive the same level poor customer service you would get from Buy.Com. DATAVIS Customer service level is even worse! Buy.Com return policy states they will send you a new box and free shipping when it is their fault.
But not if you used their Marketplace. Then it is between you and their third party seller.
The Buy.Com order system is rife with breakdowns and miscommunication. They will not or can not take responsibility for their screwy system. There is no accountability to the customer offered.
It is not worth the few dollars you will save to go to Buy.Com. Spend a couple dollars more and go to a reputable online seller with a good customer service record like NEW EGG where the left hand KNOWS how to talk to the right hand.
