I have purchased square trade warranties on a couple of items and fortunately have never had problems with my items but not until recently did I actually have a problem and I needed to file a claim. I had purchased a dell desktop from Ebay that just seemed to stop working. One day the power would just not go on anymore so I remembered I had purchased a warranty from Squaretrade and The customer service was amazing! I filed a claim online with no problems. It was very easy and self explanatory on how to file my claim. After entering all the information needed and submitting my claim I heard back from them thru email the very next day stating they received my claim and would look into it immediately! After hearing back from them they stated that I was entitled to a full refund because it was not feasible to bring my item in. I had my refund back within two days directly to my paypal account! That was extremely convenient! I didn't have to wait weeks for a check, I didn't have to go to the bank I didn't have to leave my house to get my money back! That was just awesome! The whole process from the day I filed my claim to the day getting my refund sent to my account was so extremely fast and hassle free which I love! They went above and beyond my expectations! I cant say enough about the response time from the customer service it was just so super fast which is just really amazing! There was absolutely No hassle None! No getting different phone calls from different people asking the same questions, no run around absolutely NO HASSLE!!! How Great Is That! Needless to say I am beyond extremely happy and satisfied with the service I received and will definitely be using squaretrade for my future purchases! I can't say enough of how pleased I am! Thank you!
