I only purchase SquareTrade warranties for all my major purchases and highly recommend them!

My one year old washer began shaking violently, walking all over the kitchen and emitting sounds that signaled that the tub/drum was out of alignment. I found the prospect of addressing the repair daunting until I remembered that I had a SquareTrade 5 year warranty on the washer and dryer set.
I submitted a claim which was extremely streamlined and user-friendly. I received a prompt response with thorough suggestions on trouble-shooting the issues, accompanied with pictures. After I advised that none of those suggestions resolved the problem, I received an e-mail, advising that repairs were authorized by a local repair facility in my area and that the SquareTrade warranty will reimburse me for repairs up to value of my warranty.
I had repairs completed which amounted to almost $300 which was significantly more than my SquareTrade warranty. I just e-mailed a scanned copy of the invoice for the completed repairs to SquareTrade. The next day, I received confirmation that the invoice was received and that the reimbursement was issued via my preferred payment method. Three days later, my reimbursement came through and I couldn't have been more relieved or satisfied with the warranty or the claim process.
I have since only purchased SquareTrade warranties for all my major purchases and recommend it highly to all my friends and family!
