DVD Empire claims to have shipped me two DVDs on January 18. On February 5, I inquired as to the status of the order, only to be told that I had "chosen" USPS Media Mail, and for that reason they could not consider the package lost until 5 weeks had...Return to opinion

Welcome to epinions. The information you provided is good, but consumers and other members want to know more about the website itself. How is it organized, how is it to navigate? What is the selection like? How do you register, etc.

I think that these guys are giving you a "ride". Half.com uses media mail for their orders and I have only had one in about 200 plus ever "not" get here. Even when that one order never showed, I got a credit for it!
File a complaint with your credit card company if you can not get satisfaction from these folks... they will be forced to give a credit to you or something I'm sure..
